Lille Waiting On Bryggen

Sweet Lille knows Bryggen is on her way and we think she is ready and anxious. We will keep you posted.

December 16th-

We are less than 2 weeks away from Bryggen's arrival. Dr. Saucer plans to induce on Dec. 29th if she does not come on her own before then. I am really excited and just about ready for her. Her room is almost ready. I am waiting for Mike to hang some pictures and that is it. I need to pack my bag but her bag is already packed. Now we just wait......

Bryggens Second Baby Shower

November 9th-

Bryggens second shower was thrown by her Mimi and Gaga's good friends; Chuck and Bonnie Ferrell, Jeff and Sue Hand, Larry and Nancy Witt and Merrilyn Henry. It was a couples shower and we had a lot of great people show up to give her some wonderful gifts. Her shower cake was made by the same person that made Mike and my wedding cake. It was wonderful!!

Bryggens Third Baby Shower

November 16, 2008- Bryggen had her third baby shower thrown by several hosts: her Mimi, Gra'am, ShaSha, Britt Britt, Bec Bec, Tanta Vesla, Cousin Logan, Memomma, and Aunt Amanda. It was a beautiful shower with lots of family and friends there to give her even more goodies. She had another beautiful cake and we all had a wonderful time.

Bryggens First Baby Shower

November 2, 2008- Bryggen had her first baby shower thrown by Mrs. Elizabeth Grant, friend to her Mimi. It was a Halloween decorated party and she received lots of wonderful gifts. Her two Mimi's were present along with Vesla, Rebecca, Gra'am, Memomma, Logan and Jen. Her Mimi's friends were so sweet to throw this party and give her lots of goodies.

Baby Bryggen's 4D Ultrasound

On Oct. 8th we had 4D ultrasound pictures taken of Bryggen. Her first official pictures taken. How amazing is this? How in the world can you not believe in the Lord when you see such a blessing as this? We are truly grateful and pray for her daily. Of course, I can see Mike's lips and chin in her and my face shape but everyone has their opinion. She is beautiful no matter what!! We can't wait to meet her.

October 23-26

Mike and I flew to Morgantown, West Virginia for the Auburn game where we lost again. The next day we drove 3 hours to DC. This picture was taken outside of the White House across the street from The Hay Adams Hotel where we stayed. We were in DC for the weekend looking at condos. Mike and I will make DC our second home around April 2009.

October 5- Mike, Lille and I flew to Nashville, Tn for the Vandy v. Auburn football game with Bo, Wes and Tricia. Auburn lost but we had a great time. Lille even loved being at The Hermitage Hotel for her second time.

October 27, 2008

We are 2 1/2 months away from Bryggen's arrival. We cannot wait until she gets here. Of course, her room is not ready but I am dying to finish it. This entire experience has been wonderful and everyone around us have helped us out tremendously. She's growing rapidly and everything is going well. I am starting to have back pains that kill but I know that comes with the territory. I wouldn't trade it for a minute. We have a doctors appointment on Wednesday. Nothing major should happen but we're on track.
Little update: Bryggen will be coming at least one week early if not two. The doctor plans to induce because he will be out of town on her due date. We did get Bryggens car seat and stroller in and put together. I had a shower on Nov. 2nd, one on Nov. 9th and the last one on Nov. 16th.
